The TFG2 is the standard-shape answer in the original Genesis line, and the wider face gives you a more usable sweet spot than the TFG1. Same dense, connected feel that defines the foam line — the ball sits on the face for a moment before unloading, and there's that fiberglass-driven pop in the center that catches you off guard the first session. Better forgiveness on off-center hits than the elongated. If you wanted to try CRBN's foam line but the TFG1 felt like too much paddle, this is the way in.
