Gen 4.5 Elongated 16mm

The Gen 4.5 plays plusher than most foam-core paddles I've tested. The radial void system softens contact in the middle without making the face feel dead — you get real dwell on resets and drops, and the ball doesn't overshoot. Drives carry controlled depth, but pop on volleys is on the lower end. Where it shines is the soft game: drops sit in, resets stay tight, and you can take pace off without the ball floating. Spin shapes well too. If you want a foam paddle that prioritizes feel over heat, this is the one.
