The Havik 2 is one of the quicker-feeling elongated paddles I've played — the swing weight is below average for the category and you feel that the moment you pick it up. Output is above average across serves, pop, and spin, which is unusual for a paddle this light. The catch: the sweet spot sits lower on the face than typical elongated paddles. If you naturally hit balls in the upper third, you'll find it dead. Adjust contact toward the middle of the face and the paddle plays well above its weight class.
