Static weight drops to 7.68 oz, swing weight drops to 107.65, and twist weight drops to 6.15. The result is faster hands at the kitchen on counters and resets, with slightly more pop on punch volleys than the standard. It also reads as more hollow because removing material changes the acoustic and vibration signature, even when the surface and core are unchanged. The trade is a below-average twist weight, so stretched contact rotates the face more than the standard. Two grams of tungsten at 3 and 9 closes the gap. This is for the kitchen-focused doubles player, the player managing arm fatigue, and the customizer who wants headroom to tune the paddle to spec.
